摘　　要：脂筏是细胞质膜上富含胆固醇、鞘磷脂及某些蛋白质的微结构域。最近的研究表明,前列腺癌细胞质膜上脂筏结构域明显增多,提示脂筏的存在与前列腺癌的发生发展密切相关。基于此,本文介绍了脂筏的结构与功能,总结了脂筏在前列腺癌发生发展中的促进作用,分析了靶向脂筏的抗前列腺癌药可能的作用途径,并对脂筏研究中仍有待解决的问题进行了展望,以期为脂筏作为前列腺癌的治疗新靶点提供思路。Lipid rafts are plasma membrane microstructures enriched in cholesterol,sphingomyelin,and some proteins.Recent researches have found that the lipid rafts on the plasma membrane of prostate cancer are significantly increased,implying that the presence of lipid rafts is closely related to the occurrence and progression of prostate cancer.Based on this,this manuscript introduces the structure and function of lipid rafts,summarizes the catalytic role of lipid rafts in the development of prostate cancer,analyzes the possible pathway of action anti-prostate cancer drugs targeting lipid rafts,and prospectes the problems to be solved in the research of lipid rafts,In order to provide ideas for lipid rafts as a new target for the treatment of prostate cancer.
