摘  要:低黏酸化缓速剂主要依靠缓速剂分子在碳酸盐岩表面吸附成膜,实现缓速效果,吸附单体是该类缓速剂实现缓速效果的关键。采用自由基水溶液聚合法,利用丙烯酰胺(AM)、十八烷基二甲基烯丙基氯化铵(C-18)、烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚(APEG-2400),分别制备2种不同的低黏酸化缓速剂AD-1(AM/C-18)和AD-2(AM/C-18/APEG-2400)。通过单因素实验优化合成条件,并利用红外光谱进行结构表征;对2种缓速剂的缓速性能、酸岩反应速率、吸附量进行测试,并利用扫描电子显微镜对反应后的岩石表面形貌、元素含量变化进行观察。结果表明,当缓速剂的质量浓度均为7000 mg/L时,AD-2缓速酸的黏度远低于AD-1,且缓速性能大幅度提升,这与其在碳酸盐岩表面更易形成吸附的特点有关,说明APEG-2400可以作为低黏酸化缓速剂的关键吸附单体。Low viscosity acidizing retarder primarily rely on the retarder molecules adsorbed on the carbonate rock surface and formed an adsorption film to achieve retarding effect.Adsorption monomer was the key to achieve retarding effect of this kind of retarders.Two kinds of acidizing retarders AD-1(AM/C-18)and AD-2(AM/C-18/APEG-2400)with low viscosity were respectively synthesized with acrylamide(AM),octadecyl dimethyl allyl ammonium chloride(C-18)and allyl polyethylene glycol(APEG-2400)by free radical solution polymerization.The synthesis conditions were optimized through single-factor experiment and characterized by infrared spectroscopy.The retarding properties,acid-rock reaction rate and adsorption capacity of two retarders were tested,and the morphology and element content of rock surface after reaction was observed by scanning electron microscope.The results showed that the viscosity of acidizing retarder AD-2 was much lower than that of AD-1 when mass concentration of the retarder was 7,000 mg/L,and the retarding performance was greatly improved,which was related to the characteristics of easy forming adsorption on the carbonate rock surface,indicating that APEG-2400 could be used as the key adsorption monomer of low viscosity acidizing retarder.
