摘 要:弱视是单眼或双眼最佳矫正视力低下,是一种中枢神经系统发育障碍,由视觉图像处理异常导致的视力低下。既往研究显示,弱视主要的病理性改变位于视皮层和外侧膝状体。近年来,随着OCTA在眼科的运用,弱视患者的视网膜微血管系统异常已逐渐为人们发现。本文拟对弱视患者OCTA研究进展做一综述。Amblyopia is a unilateral or bilateral reduction of best-corrected visual acuity that usually occurs in the setting of an otherwise normal eye.It is considered a developmental disorder of the central nervous system,resulting in poor vision due to abnormal visual image processing.Previous studies have found that the major structural changes in amblyopia are in the lateral geniculate body and in the cortex.With the application of Optical Coherence Tomography Angiography in the field of ophthalmology,the abnormality of the fundus microvascular system of amblyopia has been gradually discov-ered.This article reviews the progress of OCTA research in amblyopia patients.
