摘 要:研究了不同保温温度及保温时间对34CrNi3MoV钢奥氏体晶粒长大的影响。通过金相法统计分析了保温温度、保温时间对晶粒平均尺寸、长轴、短轴的影响。结果表明,正态分布方程中标准差与期望大致随保温温度的升高而增加,随保温时间的延长而增加。晶粒长轴、短轴尺寸与平均尺寸关系密切,其比值呈简单的线性关系。晶粒长大的过程中,长轴与短轴的比例基本保持不变,并回归得到晶粒平均尺寸、长轴、短轴尺寸的分布概率表达式。同时在数学规律上对材料学中的遗传性提供一种新的思维方法及可能的解释思路。Effects of different holding temperature and holding time on austenite grain growth of 34CrNi3MoV steel were studied.The effects of holding temperature and holding time on average grain size,major axis and minor axis were analyzed by means of metallography.The results show that in the Gaussian distribution equation,the standard deviation and expectation increase with the increase of holding temperature and holding time.The size of the major axis and minor axis of grains is closely related to the average size,and the ratio has a simple linear relationship.During the grain growth,the ratio of the major axis to the minor axis basically remains unchanged.The distribution probability expressions of average grain size,major axis size and minor axis size are obtained by regression.At the same time,a new way of thinking and possible explanation for the heredity in materials science in terms of mathematical laws is provided.
