摘  要:目的:研究去铁胺(DFX)对蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)大鼠的神经保护作用。方法:利用颈动脉穿刺法建立SAH大鼠模型。神经功能评分评价DFX对SAH大鼠神经功能的影响,利用商品化试剂盒检测脑脊液中游离铁的含量。末端DNA转移酶dUTP缺口末端标记法(TUNEL)染色检测大鼠皮层细胞凋亡。结果:与SAH组大鼠相比,DFX治疗后可以显著改善大鼠的神经功能,同时降低脑脊液中游离铁的水平,并减少细胞凋亡。结论:DFX能够减少SAH大鼠铁超载导致的细胞凋亡并改善神经功能。Objective:To study the neuroprotective effect of deferriamine(DFX) on subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH) in rats.Methods:The rat model of SAH was established by carotid artery puncture.Neurological function score was used to evaluate the effect of DFX on the neurological function of SAH rats,and the content of free iron in cerebrospinal fluid was detected by commercial kit.Cell apoptosis was detected by terminal-deoxynucleoitidyl transferase mediated nick end labeling(TUNEL) staining.Results:Compared with SAH group,DFX treatment can significantly improve the neurological function of rats,reduce the level of free iron in cerebrospinal fluid,and reduce cell apoptosis.Conclusion:DFX can reduce apoptosis induced by iron overload and improve neurological function in SAH rats.
