功能+忠诚原则指导下的信息型文本的译后编辑——以法律文本为例

摘　　要：近年来,跨国贸易的发展大幅提升了法律文本的翻译需求。但机器翻译产出的译文无法直接在市场使用,不能满足翻译量的需求。鉴于此,机器翻译结合译后编辑的模式成为提高整体效率的不二选择。文章使用DeepL在线翻译平台处理法律文本后发现:机器翻译错误较多,译后编辑必不可少;同种机器翻译错误反复出现。文章介绍了该研究的设计思路、研究对象以及分析语料的方法,在展示阶段性成果的同时以期共同进行译后编辑工具的研发。Over recent years,demand for the translation of legal texts has see a spike prompted by the development of cross-border trade.Yet,translations produced by machine translation cannot be put into direct market use,and also do not meet surging needs.Thus,the combination of machine translation and post-editing appears to be the optimal choice.The present paper employs the online translating platform DeepL to deal with legal texts,and provides these findings:machine translation makes too much errors and post-editing is indispensable;errors produced by machine translation can be recurrent.The paper introduces research design,object and approaches to analyze corpora.In demonstrating gradual results,a common research and development of post-editing tools with other experts is expected.
