摘  要:基于哈密尔顿原理建立考虑附加重块和弹簧的悬臂输流管道动力学理论模型,采用微分求积法求解模型控制方程。分别研究了附加重块的质量、弹簧的刚度、重力参数和附加重块/弹簧与重力参数对管道内流体临界流速的影响。结果表明:附加重块和弹簧对悬臂输流管道系统内流体的临界速度有显著影响;在流体质量比一定范围内,垂直悬臂管道自由端附加重块和弹簧时可以显著提高管道内流体的临界速度。Based on Hamilton's principle a dynamics model of vertical cantilevered pipe conveying fluid containing lumped mass and spring stiffness are established,and its dynamic stability is investigated.The differential quadrature method is applied to solve the governing vibration equation subject to a lump of mass and spring.The numerical results are conducted to study the pipe instability performance with respect to various lumped masses,stiffness of the spring,mass-fluid ratio,gravity parameters,and the additional lump of massispring combined with gravity parameters.The results show that the additional lumped mass and the spring have significant effects on the critical velocity of the cantilevered pipe system,which is also related to the fluid mass ratio of the system.In addition,the critical velocity of the pipe is significantly increased when lumped mass and spring are attached to the free end of the vertical cantilever pipe within a certain range of fluid mass ratio.
