摘 要:为了解决多能源船舶测试与验证难题,开发了硬件在环仿真平台,可为混合动力系统和能量管理系统研究提供试验条件。从控制器硬件在环、小比例机械级硬件在环和全尺寸机械级硬件在环3个方面开展了国内外硬件在环仿真平台现状研究。以“长航货运001”船的混合动力系统为原型,搭建了小比例机械级硬件在环仿真平台。基于试验平台开展了模式切换以及直流母线电压控制试验,结果表明该平台能够有效模拟混合动力系统的运行与控制。功率分配试验进一步表明,PTI模式具有均衡稳定性差异的优势,稳定性较差的电机会在稳定性较好电机的影响下性能得到提升,可为实船PTI模式稳定性研究提供指导。In order to solve the testing and verification challenges of multi-energy ships,a hardware-in-the-loop simulation platform is developed,which can provide test conditions for hybrid power system and energy management system research.The current status of existing hardware-in-the-loop simulation platforms at home and abroad is studied from three aspects,including controller hardware-in-the-loop,small-scale mechanical hardware-in-the-loop,and full-scale mechanical hardware-in-the-loop.A small-scale mechanical hardware-in-the-loop simulation platform was built based on the hybrid power system of the ship"Changhang Cargo 001"as a prototype.Based on the test platform,mode switching and DC bus voltage control tests were carried out,and the results showed that the platform could effectively simulate the operation and control of the hybrid power system.The power distribution test further shows that the PTI mode has the advantage of equalizing the stability difference,and the motor with poor stability will improve the performance under the influence of the motor with better stability,which can provide guidance for the stability study of the real ship PTI mode.
