摘　　要：阐述了教学质量管理信息化平台建设对高校提升教学质量的重要意义,分析了高校教学质量管理信息化平台构建中应坚持的五个基本原则,由此提出了高校教学质量管理信息化平台的构建策略。认为教学质量管理信息化平台的构建有助于促进高校教学质量管理体系的健全与完善,提高教学质量管理工作的水平,推进高校教学管理信息化快速发展。This paper expounds the important significance of the construction of teaching quality management information platform,and puts forward specific strategies for the five basic principles that should be adhered to in the construction.It believes that the construction of teaching quality management information platform is helpful to promote the perfection of the teaching quality management system in colleges and universities,improve the level of management and the rapid development of information.
