摘　　要：液晶显示器是当前应用非常广泛的一种平板显示技术,用于显示器导电玻璃ITO膜的制备方法有真空蒸发工艺、CVD工艺、溅射工艺等,而其最主要竞争对手的OLED具有LCD平板显示器所无法比拟的优势。LCD is currently a very widely used fl at panel display technology,the preparation method for the display conductive glass ITO fi lm has vacuum evaporation process,CVD process,etc.,and its main competitor OLED has the advantages that LCD fl at panel display can not match.
