基于提升综合职业能力的高职中草药栽培技术专业考核评价体系的构建

摘　　要：通过调查分析中草药栽培技术专业学生需具备的综合职业能力和考核评价现状,发现目前该专业的考核评价体系存在以下问题:考核方式单一,对实践操作能力的考核相对缺乏;缺少体现综合职业能力的考核指标;实习考核不能准确评价学生综合职业素质和技能。针对这些问题,结合该专业学生应具备的综合职业能力,以培养面向中药材栽培、产地加工等生产一线的技能型人才为指导思想,根据学期和课程特点,并参照中药材生产行业、企业评价制度建立本专业的阶段性评价体系。除了中草药栽培、中药材加工、中药材仓储营销等专业知识和技能,还需要从道德规范和时事政策分析、人生观、信息采集、计算机应用、英语应用、创新创业、合作交流等多个方面的指标进行综合能力评价。用模糊层次分析法得出各项指标的权重,构建高职中草药栽培技术专业学生综合职业能力评价体系。调查分析结果和建立的考核评价体系可为高职中草药栽培技术专业学生的考核评价和人才培养过程中职业能力的提升提供理论支撑。Based on the investigation of the comprehensive vocational ability and the current status of assessment and evaluation,it is found that the following problems exist in the assessment and evaluation system of Chinese herbal medicine cultivation technology:the assessment method was single,and the assessment of practical operation ability was relatively lacking;lack of comprehensive vocational ability assessment indicators;practice examination could not accurately evaluate students’comprehensive professional quality and skills.In order to cultivate skilled talents facing the cultivation and processing of Chinese medicinal materials,the phased evaluation system has been established through the semester and course characteristics,Chinese medicinal materials production industry and enterprise evaluation system.In addition to the professional knowledge and skills of Chinese herbal medicine cultivation,Chinese herbal medicine processing,Chinese herbal medicine warehousing and marketing,it is also necessary to evaluate the comprehensive ability from the indicators of ethics and current affairs and policy analysis,outlook on life,information collection,computer application,English application,innovation and entrepreneurship,cooperation and exchange.The weight of each index was obtained by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,and the comprehensive vocational ability evaluation system of students of Chinese herbal medicine cultivation technology was established.The results of the investigation and analysis and the evaluation system established can provide theoretical support for the evaluation of students majoring in Chinese herbal medicine cultivation technology in higher vocational colleges and the improvement of vocational ability in the process of personnel training.
