摘　　要：中国式现代化进程中个人品德建设的出场源于中国式现代化作为一项伦理实践活动对公民道德建设提出的全新要求:在公民道德建设的思维方式方面,坚持底线思维与追求卓越协同并举;在公民道德建设的目标方面,实现社会进步与人的全面发展相互增进;在公民道德建设的任务方面,推进伦理发展与主体实践共塑共进。在中国式现代化进程中,需要运用“大历史观”的方法论,立足历史传承、回应现实和系统结构三个不同角度勘察个体品德建设的实践思路。这就要求中国式现代化进程中的个人品德建设在实践层面赓续中华优秀传统文化,发挥道德榜样的示范引领,强化个体道德实践养成,实现制度建设与个人品德之间的有机结合。The emergence of personal moral construction in the process of Chinese-style modernization stems from the new requirements for the construction of civic morality put forward by Chinese-style modernization as an ethical practice activity:in terms of the way of thinking of civic moral construction,we should adhere to bottom-line thinking and pursue excellence at the same time;In terms of the goal of building civic morality,social progress and all-round human development are mutually reinforcing;In terms of the task of building civic morality,we should promote the development of ethics and the practice of the main body to shape and advance together.In the process of Chinese-style modernization,it is necessary to apply the methodology of“grand historical view”to investigate the practical ideas of individual moral character construction from three different angles:historical inheritance,response to reality and system structure.This requires the construction of personal morality in the process of Chinese-style modernization to continue the excellent traditional Chinese culture at the practical level,give play to the demonstration and guidance of moral role models,strengthen the cultivation of individual moral practice,and realize the organic combination between system construction and personal morality.
