摘  要:【目的】通过数字图像处理技术来计算滁菊花盘和花蕊的面积,为滁菊分级划分提供依据。【方法】首先对采集到的滁菊图像进行蓝色通道灰度化处理;其次进行图像分割,对分割后的图像进行形态学处理,从而去除孔洞;最后分别用区域生长算法、差值运算分离出参考装置区域、滁菊花盘区域和花蕊区域,并统计各区域像素点的个数。由于参考装置的面积已知,根据比例关系可计算出滁菊花盘面积和花蕊面积。【结果】采用该方法计算出的滁菊花盘和花蕊面积准确,效率高。【结论】该方法解决了人工计算滁菊花盘和花蕊面积存在的数据不可靠问题,具有重要的现实意义。[Purposes]The aim was to calculate the area of flower disc and stamen of Chuzhou Chrysanthemum morifolium by digital image processing technology,so as to provide basis for classification of Chuzhou Chrysanthemum morifolium.[Methods]Firstly,the collected Chuzhou chrysanthemum images were grayed by blue channel.Secondly,image segmentation is performed,and morphological processing is performed on the segmented image to remove holes.Finally,the reference device area,Chuzhou chrysanthemum disk area and stamen area were separated by region growing algorithm and difference operation respectively,and the number of pixels in each area was counted.Since the area of the reference device is known,the area of the flower disc and the area of the stamen can be calculated according to the proportional relationship.[Findings]The area of flower disc and stamen of Chuzhou Chrysanthemum calculated by this method was accurate and efficient.[Conclusions]This method solves the problem of unreliable data in manual calculation of the area of flower discs and stamens of Chuzhou Chrysanthemum morifolium,and has important practical significance.
