脐尿管癌诊治进展

摘　　要：脐尿管是胚胎期的内分泌器官,位于膀胱和脐之间。随着胎儿的发育,脐尿管逐渐退化闭锁,出生后形成脐正中韧带。脐尿管癌在临床为比较罕见的恶性肿瘤,脐尿管特殊的解剖位置,使癌症症状隐匿,潜伏期较长,很多病例出现症状时已发生转移,治疗多采用以手术为主的综合疗法。本文就脐尿管癌的流行病学、诊断和治疗作一综述。Urachus is an endocrine organ in embryonic stage,which is located between bladder and umbilical cord.With the development of the fetus,the urachal tube gradually degenerates and atresia,and the median umbilical ligament is formed after birth.Urachal cancer is a relatively rare malignant tumor in clinic.The special anatomical position of the urachal tube makes the cancer symptoms hidden and the incubation period is long.Many cases have transferred when the symptoms appear.The treatment is a comprehensive treatment based on surgery.This paper reviews the recent epidemiology,diagnosis and treatment of the urachal tube.
