摘 要:本研究对灰底白板纸喷墨印刷UV光固化油墨在不同阶调的呈色性能进行研究。基于瓦楞纸和灰底白板纸的纸板-油墨GATF色轮图,通过随机森林算法和印刷梯尺颜色数据,建立灰底白板纸与瓦楞纸CIELAB颜色空间关系模型。与BP神经网络模型进行对比,本研究模型的平均色差为2.99,最大色差为5.46,预测精度较高。本研究模型可实现通过设备在灰底白板纸上的颜色表现,预测其在瓦楞纸上的颜色,为瓦楞包装喷墨印刷在实际生产中的呈色效果提供有效的参考。In this study,the color performance of UV curable inks in different tones were studied on gray based white board printing by inkjet printing machines.Based on the board-ink GATF color wheel graph of corrugated paper and gray based white board,the CIELAB color space relationship model between gray based white board and corrugated paper was established through random forest algorithm and printing color data.Compared with the BP neural network model,the average color difference of the model in this study is 2.99,and the maximum color difference is 5.46 which indicated high accuracy.The model in this stady can predict the color performance on corrugated paper through the color performance of the equipment on a gray based white board,providing the effective reference for the color rendering effect of inkjet printing on corrugated packaging in actual production.
