摘  要:学术评价作为学术改革与发展的牛鼻子,对其关注需要实现从“硬”技术到“软”文化、从文化分析的“碎片化”到“整合化”的视角转化。最初的学术评价以求真、自由的学术文化为核心,而随着学术活动逐渐面向国家、进入市场并融于本土,行政文化、市场文化以及本土文化逐渐僭越到学术评价领域,形成了行政文化与学术文化、市场文化与学术文化以及本土文化与学术文化的三大冲突主线,进而在观念、制度和行为层面带来了学术评价的价值导向歪曲、制度执行偏离和行为表现异化的现实困境。为了有效协调学术评价中的文化冲突,进一步提出重构崇尚创新、学术主导的学术评价体系,重塑有效竞争、适度量化的学术评价环境,重建自律自觉、讲诚信和守原则的学术评价体系三点建议,为调适学术评价的文化冲突提供借鉴。As the direction of academic reform and development,academic evaluation needs to be transformed from"hard"technology to"soft"culture,from"fragmentation"to"integration"of cultural analysis.Initially,academic evaluation was centred on the academic culture of truth-seeking and freedom,but as academic activities gradually face the state,enter the market and integrate into the local community,administrative culture,market culture and local culture gradually intrude into the field of academic evaluation,forming three main lines of conflict between administrative culture and academic culture,market culture and academic culture,and local culture and academic culture,which in tum bring about the distortion of the value orientation of academic evaluation,the deviation of the implementation of the system and the alienation of behavioural performance at the level of concepts,institutions and behaviours.In order to effectively reconcile the cultural conflicts in academic evaluation,three suggestions are put forward to reconstruct an academic evaluation system that upholds innovation and academic dominance,to reshape an academic evaluation environment of effective competition and moderate quantification,and to rebuild an academic evaluation system that is self-disciplined,honest and principled,so as to provide a reference for reconciling and adjusting the cultural conflicts in academic evaluation.
