摘 要:学科治理的现代化变革本质上是知识与制度的共生适应性发展,即以“求”为媒,凸显知识制度的历史性、关系性与规范性特征。然而,传统学科制度与时代的冲突削弱了大学和学科的生命力,难以与现代化知识生产相匹配。为化解这种时代危机,加快推进中国式现代化与学科高质量发展进程,学科治理的现代化应当遵循知识发展规律和制度演变规律,实现知识治理的制度变革。即从知识制度的本质出发,以知识生产、知识主体、知识实践为切入点,贯穿问题导向,平衡学者身份,推进产教协同,促进知识生产从求真拓展到求实,知识主体从学者拓展为创客,知识实践从高校拓展到社会的变革。In essence,the modemization reform of discipline govemance is the symbiotic and adaptive development of knowledge and system,that is,it highlights the historical,relational and normative characteristics of knowledge system with"seeking"as the medium.However,the conflict between the traditional discipline system and the times weakens the vitality of universities and disciplines,which make it difficult to match with the modem knowledge production.In order to resolve the crisis of the times and accelerate the process of Chinese modemization and high-quality development of disciplines,the modemization of discipline govemance should follow the law of knowledge development and the law of institutional evolution to realize the institutional reform of knowledge govemance.That is,it starts from the essence of knowledge system,takes knowledge production,knowledge subject and knowledge practice as the entry point,adopts the problem-oriented approach,balances the identity of scholars,boosts the collaboration between production and education,and promotes the transformation of knowledge production from seeking truth to seeking reality,the transformation of knowledge subject from scholars to makers,and the transfomation of knowledge practice from universities to society.
