摘 要:为了筛选出防治马铃薯脱毒原原种疮痂病最佳药剂。以希森6号与青薯9号脱毒苗为试验材料,选用7种新型药剂进行马铃薯脱毒原原种疮痂病防效试验。结果表明,7种药剂对马铃薯疮痂病均有一定防治效果,以解淀粉芽孢杆菌可湿性粉剂0.75 g/m^(2)拌土150 g撒施和嘧菌酯悬浮剂0.50 mL/m^(2)沟施对疮痂病防治效果较好,能够降低希森6号与青薯9号疮痂病发病率和病情指数,增加脱毒原原种产量,提高合格薯率;98%棉隆熏蒸剂微粒剂35.00 g/m^(2)熏蒸防治效果较好,但在提升产量方面效果不显著。综合分析,各供试药剂对马铃薯疮痂病的防效由大到小依次为解淀粉芽孢杆菌可湿性粉剂0.75 g/m^(2)、嘧菌酯悬浮剂0.50 mL/m^(2)、98%棉隆熏蒸剂微粒剂35.00 g/m^(2)、精甲·咯菌腈悬浮种衣剂0.50 mL/m^(2)、72%农用链霉素可溶粉剂2000倍液、50%氯溴异氰尿酸可溶粉剂0.50 g/m^(2)、46%氢氧化铜水分散粒剂0.50 g/m^(2)。In order to screen out the best control agents for virus free minituber scab disease,Xisen 6 and Qing 9 virus-free minitubers were selected as experimental materials,and 7 new agents were used to carry out efficacy tests.The results showed that all the 7 treatments had certain control effects against potato scab disease.Among them,the treatments of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens wettable powder at 0.75 g/m^(2)(T1)tomixed with 150 g soil and ditching application of azoxystrobin suspending agentat 0.50 mL/m^(2) had better control effects against potato scab disease,which could reduce the incidence and disease indexes of potato scab disease in Xisen 6 and Qing 9,increase the seed number of potato virus-free minitubers and improve the qualified potato rate.The micro-granule fumigant of 98%dazomet at 35.00 g/m^(2) had better control effect against potato scab disease.However,no significant effect inyield increase was detected.The control effects of each agent against scab disease was ranked as Bacillus amyloliquefaciens wettable powder at 0.75 g/m^(2)>azoxystrobin suspending agent at 0.50 mL/m^(2)>micro-granule fumigant of 98% dazomet at 35.00 g/m^(2)>fludioxonil suspension seed coating agent at 0.50 mL/m^(2)>72% agricultural streptomyc in soluble powder of 2000 times dilution>50% chlorobromoisocyanuric acid soluble powderat 0.50 g/m^(2)>46% copper hydroxide water dispersible granuleat 0.50 g/m^(2).
