摘 要:由于化学机械浆和废纸浆使用量的增加,纸机白水中的阴离子杂质含量逐渐提高,进而严重影响到纸机的正常运行和纸张的质量。本研究以果胶作为纸机白水中阴离子杂质的模型物,利用阴离子聚苯乙烯树脂对其进行吸附处理,优化的处理工艺为201×4型聚苯乙烯树脂用量100 g/l,处理温度45℃,时间60 min。果胶在阴离子聚苯乙烯树脂上的吸附适用于Langmuir和Freundlich两种等温吸附模型,吸附机理以颗粒内扩散为主。With the increase of the usage of chemi-mechanical pulp and recycled pulp,the content of anionic substances in the white water of paper machine gradually increases,which brings many adverse effects on the runnability of paper machine and the quality of paper.In this study,the pectin was used as the model of anionic substance in the white water,and the anionic polystyrene resin was used to adsorb it.The optimized treatment process was that the dosage of 201×4 polystyrene resin was 100 g/L,the treatment temperature was 45℃,and the time was 60 min.The adsorption of pectin on anionic polystyrene resin is applicable to Langmuir and Freundlich isotherm adsorption models,and the adsorption mechanism is mainly intragranular diffusion.
