摘　　要：为了提高HXD2机车构架焊接焊缝的质量,分析影响HXD2机车构架焊接质量不高的因素,通过五个方面分析机车构架焊接质量控制因素,得出提高焊接人员职业素质和选用合适的焊接参数是实现HXD2机车构架焊接质量的首要任务。In order to improve the welding quality of the HXD2 locomotive frame,the main factors affecting the welding quality of the HXD2 locomotive frame are analyzed.Through five aspects of analyzing the welding quality control factors of the locomotive frame,it is concluded that improving the professional quality of welding personnel and selecting appropriate welding parameters are the primary tasks to achieve the welding quality of the HXD2 locomotive frame.
