摘 要:烟气脱硝温控系统直接影响着烟气脱硝系统的性能,在分析烟气脱硝系统的工艺要求及温控要求的基础上,设计了基于神经元PID的烟气脱硝温控系统。重点分析了该温控系统功能和控制算法,通过Matlab仿真与实验验证,从理论与实践相结合的角度对基于神经元PID的烟气脱硝温控系统进行了研究分析,表明该方法是一种先进的,抗干扰能力强的温控算法,对优化烟气脱硝系统具有良好的作用。The temperature control system of flue gas denitration directly influences the performance of the flue gas denitration system,based on the analysis of the process requirements and temperature control requirements of flue gas denitration system,a flue gas denitration temperature control system is designed based on neuron PID.The function and control algorithm of the temperature control system is analyzed with stress.Through Matlab simulation and experimental verification,the flue gas denitration temperature control system based on neuron PID is studied and analyzed from the perspective of combining theory with practice.It shows that the method is an advanced temperature control algorithm with strong anti-interference ability.It has a good effect on the optimization of flue gas denitration system.
