摘 要:针对天然气行业"背靠背"建设的输气场站,因距离上游和下游场站非常近,出站管道水容积较小,为了解决该类场站的恒压输气的问题,通过对输气时的压力曲线进行分析研究,设计一种以压降速率为依据的恒压控制方法。通过对压力和压降速率的计算和判断,采用步进控制及对关键参数优化,实现了工作调压阀的快速调节。实践结果表明:该方法能够较好地控制输气时的压力,当下游流量发生变化时,阀门能够快速调节,确保压力波动较小,对出口管存小的场站和调压工艺有着较好的适用性。Aiming at the back-to-back construction of gas transmission stations,the water capacity for the pipeline for the outbound is little due to closed distance of upstream and downstream stations for many transportation stations.To solve the problem of constant pressure gas transportation in the stations,a constant pressure control method based on pressure drop rate is designed by analyzing the pressure curve during gas transportation.Through the calculation and judgment of pressure and pressure drop rate,the rapid adjustment of the working pressure regulating valve is realized with adopting step-wise control and optimization of key parameters.The practical results show that the method can better control the pressure during gas transportation.When the downstream flow changes,the valve can be quickly adjusted to ensure that the pressure fluctuation is small.It has good applicability to the station and pressure regulating process with small outlet pipe storage.
