摘　　要：目的探讨特异性顶部盘状底板反应蛋白3(RSPO3)在结直肠腺癌中的表达。方法取30例结直肠腺瘤组织及瘤旁5 cm处正常组织、30例结直肠腺癌组织及癌旁5 cm处正常组织。蛋白质印迹法(Western blot)检测RSPO3、β-catenin、Bcl-2相关X蛋白(BAX)的相对表达量。免疫组化法检测RSPO3、BAX、β-catenin蛋白的表达情况。Spearman相关性分析法分析RSPO3的表达与β-catenin、BAX表达的相关性。结果结直肠腺癌组织中RSPO3、β-catenin的相对表达量均高于结直肠腺癌癌旁正常组织,结直肠腺瘤组织中RSPO3、β-catenin的相对表达量均高于结直肠腺瘤瘤旁正常组织,结直肠腺癌组织中RSPO3、β-catenin的相对表达量均高于结直肠腺瘤组织,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结直肠腺癌组织中BAX的相对表达量低于结直肠腺癌癌旁正常组织,结直肠腺瘤组织中BAX的相对表达量低于结直肠腺瘤瘤旁正常组织,结直肠腺癌组织中BAX的相对表达量低于结直肠腺瘤组织,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结直肠腺癌组织、结直肠腺癌癌旁正常组织及结直肠腺瘤组织中RSPO3、β-catenin、BAX蛋白表达情况比较,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);结直肠腺癌组织中RSPO3、β-catenin蛋白高表达率均高于结直肠腺癌癌旁正常组织及结直肠腺瘤组织,BAX蛋白高表达率低于结直肠腺癌癌旁正常组织及结直肠腺瘤组织,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。Spearman相关分析结果显示,结直肠腺癌组织中RSPO3的表达与β-catenin的表达呈正相关(r=0.936,P﹤0.05),RSPO3的表达与BAX的表达无相关性(P﹥0.05)。结论RSPO3在结直肠腺癌组织中高表达,可能作为结直肠腺癌临床治疗的潜在靶点。Objective To investigate the expression of roof plate-specific spondin 3(RSPO3)in colorectal adenocar-cinoma.Method Thirty cases of colorectal adenoma tissue and normal tissue 5 cm adjacent to the tumor,30 cases of colorectal adenocarcinoma tissue and normal tissue 5 cm adjacent to the cancer were collected.The relative expression levels of RSPO3,β-catenin,and Bcl-2-associated X protein(BAX)were detected by Western blot.The expression of RSPO3,BAX,andβ-catenin protein were detected by the immunohistochemical method.Spearman correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between the expression of RSPO3 and the expression ofβ-catenin and BAX.Result The relative expression of RSPO3 andβ-catenin in colorectal adenocarcinoma tissues were higher than those in adjacent normal tissues,the relative expression of RSPO3 andβ-catenin in colorectal adenoma tissues were higher than those in ad-jacent normal tissues,and the relative expression of RSPO3 andβ-catenin in colorectal adenocarcinoma tissues were high-er than those in colorectal adenoma tissues,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The relative expression of BAX in colorectal adenocarcinoma tissues was lower than that in normal adjacent tissues,the relative expression of BAX in colorectal adenoma tissues was lower than that in adjacent normal tissues,and the relative expression of BAX in colorectal adenocarcinoma tissues was lower than that in colorectal adenoma tissues,the differences were statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).The expression of RSPO3,β-catenin,and BAX protein in colorectal adenocarcinoma tissue,adjacent normal tissue of colorectal adenocarcinoma,and colorectal adenoma tissue had statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The high expression rates of RSPO3 andβ-catenin protein in colorectal adenocarcinoma tissues were higher than those in adjacent normal tissues of colorectal adenocarcinoma and colorectal adenoma tissues,and the high expression rate of BAX protein was lower than that in adjacent normal tissues of col
