摘　　要：目的探讨非转移性23蛋白(NM23)和错配修复蛋白(MMRP)在散发性结直肠癌(SCC)组织中的表达及与临床特征的关系。方法收集87例SCC患者的SCC组织和癌旁正常黏膜上皮组织,采用免疫组化法检测NM23、MMRP表达情况,分析其与SCC患者临床特征的关系及NM23与MMRP的相关性。结果SCC组织中NM23阳性表达率为72.4%(63/87),高于癌旁正常黏膜上皮组织的71.3%(62/87),差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);SCC组织中MMRP阳性表达率为73.6%(64/87),低于癌旁正常黏膜上皮组织的100%(87/87),差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。不同临床分期及淋巴结转移情况SCC患者的SCC组织中NM23阳性表达率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。不同肿瘤最大径及淋巴结转移情况SCC患者的SCC组织中MMRP阳性表达率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。SCC组织中NM23和MMRP表达无相关性(rs=-0.020,P﹥0.05)。结论NM23和MMRP与SCC患者临床特征关系密切,联合检测对评估和预测SCC生物学行为具有重要参考意义。Objective To investigate the expression of non-metastatic 23(NM23)and mismatch repair protein(MMRP)in sporadic colorectal cancer(SCC)tissues and their relationship with clinical features.Method A total of 87 SCC patients whose cancer tissue and paracancerous normal mucosal epithelial tissue were collected.The expression of NM23 and MMRP were detected by the immunohistochemistry assay,their relationship with the clinical features of SCC patients and the correlation between NM23 and MMRP were also analyzed.Result The positive expression rate of NM23 in SCC tissues was 72.4%(63/87),which was higher than 71.3%(62/87)of paracancerous normal mucosal epithe-lial tissue,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive expression rate of MMRP in SCC tissues was 73.6%(64/87),which was lower than 100%(87/87)of paracancerous normal mucosal epithelial tissue,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive expression rate of NM23 in SCC tissues of patients with different clinical stages and lymph node metastasis were significantly different(P<0.05).The positive expression rate of MMRP in SCC tissues of patients with different tumor maximum diameter and lymph node metastasis were significantly different(P<0.05).There was no correlation between NM23 and MMRP expression in SCC tissues(rs=-0.020,P>0.05).ConcluConclu-sion NM23 and MMRP are closely related to the clinical features of SCC patients.The combined detection has impor-tant reference value for the evaluation and prediction of SCC biological behavior.
