摘　　要：目的 通过调查肺癌共病患者社会疏离现状,探讨其影响因素。方法 采用便利抽样法,选取2022年1月至2023年2月在中国医学科学院北京协和医学院肿瘤医院胸外科的328例肺癌共病患者作为研究对象。使用一般资料调查表、心理一致感量表、一般疏离感量表对患者进行调查,采用Pearson相关分析探讨社会疏离与心理一致感的相关性;采用回归分析探讨肺癌共病患者社会疏离的影响因素。结果 328例肺癌共病患者社会疏离感得分为(36.59±4.66)分,处于中等水平;肺癌共病患者社会疏离的影响因素主要有文化水平、家庭人均月收入、合并慢性病数量、心理一致感(P<0.05)。结论 肺癌共病患者社会疏离处于中等水平,不同文化水平、家庭人均月收入、合并慢性病数量、心理一致感患者的社会疏离具有差异,医务人员要关注患者的社会疏离水平,及时给予必要的干预措施,来降低社会疏离水平、提高生活质量。Objective To investigate the factors influencing social alienation of lung cancer comorbidities by investigating their current status.Methods A convenience sampling method was used to select 328 patients with lung cancer comorbidities from January 2022 to February 2023 in the Department of Thoracic Surgery of a tertiary care oncology hospital in Beijing as the study population.Patients were surveyed using the General Information Questionnaire,the Psychological Consistency Scale,and the General Alienation Scale,meanwhile Pearson correlation analysis was used to explore the correlation between social alienation and psychological congruence;multiple reproducibility regression analysis was used to explore the influencing factors of social alienation in patients with lung cancer comorbidities.Results The general alienation score of 328 patients with lung cancer comorbidities was(36.59±4.66)which is at a moderate level;the factors affecting social alienation of patients with lung cancer comorbidities were mainly literacy,monthly per capita family income,number of comorbid chronic diseases,and sense of psychological coherence(P<0.05).Conclusions The social alienation of patients with lung cancer comorbidities was at a moderate level,and the social alienation of patients with different education level,monthly per capita family income,number of combined chronic diseases,and sense of psychological consistency were different.Medical personnel should implement necessary interventions to reduce the level of social alienation and improve the quality of life in a timely manner.
