基于玄府理论探讨针刺开阖补泻的临床应用

摘　　要：针刺开阖补泻重在调节卫气,主要以出针后是否按闭针孔作为补法与泻法操作的关键所在。基于玄府理论,认为玄府作为人体气血津液出入运行的重要门户,其特点重在开阖有度。玄府开阖有度与卫气正常运行密切相关,其中玄府作为卫气运行的重要场所,玄府开阖影响着卫气的正常运行,同时卫气运行通利又为玄府正常开阖提供动力保证。玄府开阖失司,卫气运行失常,引起气机不畅是导致疾病发生的重要因素。现从玄府开阖与卫气运行两者联系入手,基于“玄府开阖-卫气运行”视角探析针刺开阖补泻手法的临床应用,阐述针刺开阖补泻中补法与泻法操作的作用机制,为临床运用针刺开阖补泻治疗疾病提供新思路。Acupuncture opening and closing,reinforcing and reducing method focuses on regulating Weiqi.The key to the operation of reinforcing method and reducing method is whether to press the closed pinhole after drawing out the needle.Based on the understanding of Xuanfu theory,it is believed that Xuanfu is an important portal for the entry and exit of qi,blood and body fluid in the human body,and its characteristic lies in the degree of opening and closing.The author believes that the degree of opening and closing of the Xuanfu is closely related to the normal operation of Weiqi.Xuanfu is an important place for the operation of Weiqi,and the degree of opening and closing of Xuanfu affects the normal operation of Weiqi.At the same time,the normal operation of Weiqi provides power guarantee for the normal opening and closing of Xuanfu.If the Xuanfu fails to open and close,the Weiqi will run abnormally,resulting in disturbance of qi movement,which is an important factor leading to the occurrence of diseases.Therefore,the author tries to start from the connection between Xuanfu opening and closing and Weiqi movement,and based on the perspective of “Xuanfu opening and closing-Weiqi movement”,explores and analyzes the clinical application of acupuncture opening and closing,reinforcing and reducing methods,expounds the mechanism of the operation of the acupuncture reinforcing method and the reducing method,and provides a new idea for the clinical application of acupuncture opening and closing,reinforcing and reducing method in the treatment of diseases.
