针刺调控内质网应激治疗炎症性肠病研究进展

摘　　要：炎症性肠病(IBD)是一种以慢性复发性结肠炎症为特征的肠道疾病,包括克罗恩病和溃疡性结肠炎。其发病机制尚未阐明,西医对此类型的疾病治疗效果不佳。中医认为IBD病位在肠,与脾相关,其基本病机为湿热蕴肠,气滞络瘀。针刺疗法具有显著改善IBD的作用,该疗法能够通过调节免疫反应、抑制肠上皮细胞凋亡及修复黏膜上皮屏障等途径发挥治疗作用,疗效显著,具有个体化及整体化的优势。因此,现基于内质网应激理论,探讨内质网应激在IBD发生发展中的作用机制及针刺疗法调控内质网应激治疗IBD的作用机制,以期为针刺治疗IBD提供新思路和新方法。Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD) is an intestinal disease characterized by chronic recurrent inflammation of the colon,including crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis.The pathogenesis of IBD has not yet been elucidated,and the treatment of this type of disease in western medicine is ineffective.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that IBD is located in the intestine and is related to the spleen,and its basic pathogenesis is damp-heat in the intestine and stagnation of qi.Acupuncture therapy can significantly improve IBD by regulating immune response,inhibiting intestinal epithelial cell apoptosis and repairing mucosal epithelial barrier.The therapeutic effect is significant,and it has the advantages of individual and holistic treatment.Therefore,based on the theory of endoplasmic reticulum stress,this paper reviews the relevant studies in recent years to explore the mechanism of ERS in the development of IBD and the mechanism of acupuncture therapy to regulate endoplasmic reticulum stress in the treatment of IBD,in order to provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of IBD by acupuncture.
