摘　　要：目的 比较机器人辅助腹腔镜膀胱阴道瘘修补术(RALVR)与腹腔镜膀胱阴道瘘修补术(LVR)治疗高位膀胱阴道瘘(VVF)的效果。方法 回顾性分析2018-01—2022-06郑州大学第一附属医院泌尿外科收治的高位VVF患者的临床资料,分为RALVR组(23例)和LVR组(35例)。比较2组患者的基线资料、术中情况、术后临床指标,以及并发症发生率。结果 2组术中出血量、手术成功率,以及术后并发症发生率的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。RALVR组的手术时间、术后引流管拔除时间和住院时间均短于LVR组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对于高位VVF患者,RALVR与LVR有相同的安全性和良好效果。但RALVR具有更加灵活、高效,以及手术时间和住院时间短的优势,更利于患者术后恢复。Objective To compare the results of robot-assisted laparoscopic vesicovaginal fistula repair(RALVR)with laparoscopic vesicovaginal fistula repair(LVR)for high vesicovaginal fistula(VVF).Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on clinical data of patients with high-level VVF who underwent vesicovaginal fistula repair surgery at the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2018 to June 2022.The patients were divided into the RALVR group(23 cases)and the LVR group(35 cases).Baseline data,intraoperative conditions,postoperative clinical indicators,and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in the general data,intraoperative blood loss,surgical success rate and complication rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The operative time,drainage tube removal time and postoperative hospital stay in the RALVR group were shorter than those of the LVR group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Both RALVR and LVR are safe and effective in treatment of high-level VVF.However,RALVR has the advantages of being more flexible,efficient,and associated with shorter operation time and hospital stay,which is more conducive to postoperative recovery for patients.
