摘　　要：龋病是儿童最常见的慢性非传染性疾病,如何对牙髓正常或有可逆性牙髓炎症状的患牙可进行活髓保存治疗目已成为相关研究热点,目前常用的活髓保存治疗方法包括间接牙髓治疗、直接盖髓术、部分牙髓切断术及牙髓切断术。本文对这四种方法在乳牙中的应用进行文献综述,阐述了其适应证、操作手法及相关最新临床研究进展,为临床医生在进行乳牙活髓保存治疗时提供参考。Dental caries is the most common chronic non-communicable disease in children.How to perform vital pulp therapy for teeth with normal pulp or reversible pulpitis has become a relevant research hotspot.Currently,the commonly used methods of vital pulp therapy include indirect pulp treatment,direct pulp capping,partial pulpotomy and pulpotomy.This article reviews the literature on the application of these four methods in primary teeth,and expounds their indications,operating techniques and the latest clinical research progress,so as to provide reference for clinicians when performing vital pulp therapy in primary teeth.
