摘　　要：当前我国高等中医药院校教育的最主要的目的是培养合格的临床中医医师,一名合格的医师其不仅要拥有大量且丰富的中医理论,还需掌握较佳的临床实践以及思维能力,才能保障在临床时将所掌握的知识更好运用其中,处理好临床问题。所以在考试中若忽略该问题,对未来中医临床医师的培养存在不利影响。因此当前在新医科环境下,高等中医药院校需要进行考试改革,以构建更为科学的考试模式。At present,the main purpose of education in higher Chinese medicine colleges and universities in my country is to train qualified clinical doctors of traditional Chinese medicine.A qualified doctor must not only have a large number of and rich theories of traditional Chinese medicine,but also master better clinical practice and thinking ability.It is ensured that the knowledge acquired can be better used in clinical practice,and clinical problems can be handled well.Therefore,if this question is ignored in the examination,there will be unfavorable information for the training of TCM clinicians in the future.Therefore,in the current new medical environment,higher TCM colleges and universities need to carry out examination reforms to build a more scientific examination model.
