摘  要:目的 评估虚拟仿真教学模式在介入放射学临床实践教学中的效果。方法 2019年3—5月,以重庆医科大学医学2015级195名影像专业本科生为研究对象,在介入放射学临床实践教学中,进行常规临床实践教学及虚拟仿真教学模式实践教学各1次,教学完成后进行问卷调查。分析问卷调查结果后评估虚拟仿真教学模式在介入放射学临床实践教学中的效果。结果 共计回收有效问卷195份,其内部整体一致性的克伦巴赫(Cronbach α)的系数为0.889,绝大部分学生认为虚拟仿真教学模式较常规临床实践教学模式提高了学习的积极性和实践教学效果;在学生的自主学习能力、学习认知程度、知识面的扩大、临床思维能力及理论与临床实践相结合的能力均匀有很大提高,特别是在理论结合临床实践能力上“明显提高”。结论 在介入放射学本科临床实践教学中使用虚拟仿真教学模式取得了良好的教学效果,是现行传统教学模式的有效补充。接下来还需要进一步总结经验和完善虚拟仿真项目,形成系统的教学理论体系和独特的教学模式。Objective To evaluate the effect of virtual reality teaching model in clinical practice teaching of interventional radiology.Methods From March to May,2019,195 undergraduates majoring in medical imaging of 2015 in Chongqing Medical University as the research objects.During the clinical practice teaching of interventional radiology,routine clinical practice teaching and virtual reality teaching model practice teaching were conducted once each,and questionnaire survey was conducted after the completion of teaching.The results of questionnaire survey were analyzed and the effect of virtual simulation teaching model in clinical practice teaching of interventional radiology was evaluated.Results A total of 195 valid questionnaires were collected,and the Cronbach α coefficient of internal overall consistency was 0.889.The vast majority of students believed that the virtual reality teaching model improved the learning enthusiasm and practical teaching effect compared with the conventional clinical practice teaching model.The students' autonomous learning ability,learning cognition level,expansion of knowledge,clinical thinking ability and the ability to combine theory with clinical practice were uniformly improved,especially the "significant improvement" in the combination of theory and clinical practice.Conclusion In the undergraduate clinical practice teaching of interventional radiology,the virtual reality teaching model has achieved good teaching results and is an effective supplement to the current traditional teaching model.Next,it is necessary to further summarize the experience and improve the virtual simulation project to form a systematic teaching theory system and unique teaching model.
