摘 要:医教协同是培养医学人才的重要模式,是高等教育改革发展的必然,院校企业以市场人才需求开展联合育人,在教学目标、计划、组织、环节、评价和平台中进行同质化培养及共同管理,能提升医学人才培养质量,提高医疗水平和深化医疗改革,对促进健康中国战略的实施起着至关重要的作用。目前国内医教协同改革模式开展各有不同,文章围绕人才培养模式、人文素质、思想政治教育、临床教学基地建设及创新思维等进行归纳,分析医教协同开展现状中存在的问题和短板,总结开展医教协同的有效路径,为推进医学人才培养工作提供宝贵经验和参考依据。Medical education collaboration is an important mode of cultivating medical talents,is the inevitable of higher education reform,colleges and enterprises to market demand joint education,in the teaching objectives,planning,organization,link,evaluation and platform for homogeneity training and common management,can improve the quality of medical personnel training,improve the medical level and deepen the medical reform of health care,to promote the implementation of China strategy plays a vital role.At present,domestic medical education collaborative reform mode has different,this paper around talent training mode,humanistic quality,ideological and political education,clinical teaching base construction and innovative thinking,analyze the present situation still existing problems and short board,summarizes the effective path of medical synergy,to promote medical personnel training work provide valuable experience and reference basis.
