摘 要:目的 探讨高级模拟人替代方案在急危重症情景模拟教学中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年6月—2022年6月蚌埠医学院第一附属医院重症医学和急诊医学专业48名住院医师规范化培训(简称“住培”)学员作为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组各24名。试验组采用高级模拟人替代方案,对照组采用高级模拟人,两组均进行3个月的情景模拟教学,并使用迷你临床演练评估(mini clinical evaluation exercise,Mini-CEX)进行评估和反馈,比较两组学员教学前与教学后Mini-CEX各项得分情况及两组学员对情景模拟教学方法的满意度。结果 两组教学前和教学后Mini-CEX评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。试验组教学后Mini-CEX评分高于教学前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。对照组组教学后Mini-CEX评分高于教学前,差异有统计学意义(P <0.001)。两组对教学方法的满意度比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 高级模拟人替代方案用于急危重症情景模拟教学中,可以取得良好的教学效果及教学满意度,在条件受限的情况下可以使用。Objective To explore the application effect of advanced simulated human substitute scheme in the simulation teaching of acute and critical situation.Methods A total of 48 residents who received standardized training in intensive care medicine and Emergency medicine in the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 24 students in each group.The experimental group was given the advanced simulated human replacement scheme,and the control group was given the advanced simulated human.Both groups were given 3-month scenario simulation teaching,and the mini clinical evaluation exercise(Mini-CEX)was used for assessment and feedback.The scores of Mini-CEX were compared between the two groups before and after teaching,and the satisfaction of the two groups on the situational simulation teaching method.Results There was no significant difference in Mini-CEX scores between the two groups before and after teaching(P>0.05).The score of Mini-CEX after teaching was higher than that before teaching,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The Mini-CEX score of the control group was higher after teaching than before teaching,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).There was no significant difference in satisfaction with teaching methods between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The advanced simulated human substitute scheme used in situational simulation teaching can also achieve good teaching effect and student satisfaction,which is worth popularizing in the case of limited conditions.
