摘　　要：继续医学教育的原则是坚持理论联系实际,按需施教,讲求实效。通过前期调研发现泌尿外科医师对前列腺癌的放疗认知存在偏差,本团队以此发现为导向制定了一系列精准施教的内容与形式,以期提高泌尿外科医师放疗认知的水平。在针对进修生、住培生和研究生的理论课程和临床教学教案的编写方面,优化了前列腺癌放疗的内容,增加了学科的广度。通过利用多学科综合诊治(multi-disciplinary team,MDT)教学、学术会议、巡回下基层讲课等途径,并创新性地利用科普宣教的优势,针对调研发现的问题多维度地开展多种形式的前列腺癌放疗继续医学教育。促进了泌尿外科和肿瘤科等科室的教学合作,实践前列腺癌的MDT示范教学。以调研发现问题为导向的施教方式,对于提升继续医学教育的效果、效率与质量有指导性的意义。The principles of continuing medical education emphasize the combination of theory and practice,teaching on demand,and pursuing practical effectiveness.Based on early surveys that revealed misconceptions among urologists about prostate cancer radiation therapy,a series of precise educational content and methodologies to improve the level of awareness in radiation therapy for prostate cancer among urologists was developed.In the preparation of theoretical courses and clinical teaching plans for visiting scholars,residents,and postgraduates,the content of radiotherapy for prostate cancer was optimized and the breadth of the discipline was increased.Various modalities of continuing medical education for prostate cancer radiation therapy were employed,including multi-disciplinary team(MDT)teaching,academic conferences,on-site lectures in primary hospitals,and science popularization education in an innovative way.It is expected to improve the cognitive level of urologists in radiotherapy,promote the teaching cooperation between urology and oncology departments,and practice the demonstration teaching of MDT in the treatment of prostate cancer.Teaching methods guided by the discovery of problems in surveys have guiding significance for improving the effectiveness and quality of continuing medical education.
