网络平台辅助教学在口腔临床护理带教中的应用

摘　　要：网络技术的发展成熟促进网上教育得到学校及各单位的关注重视,在国外已形成新网络教学形势下,我国也陆续开展了各类网上教学及学术讲座等,现各院校响应号召开展网络教学等方式对高校学生进行学习培训,重庆医科大学附属口腔医院的临床护理带教也由以往的面对面教授临床知识及技能的传统教学模式转向网络教学、以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)、以团队为基础的教学法(team-based learning,TBL)等多种辅助教学模式对规培护士进行临床系统学习,通过网络学习提高带教老师的临床指导水平及胜任力。文章通过对网络平台运用于重庆医科大学附属口腔医院颌面外科临床护理带教以弥补传统教学方式的不足,改变答题方式,提高规培护士的学习积极性及互动性,提高规培护理的科研学习能力,加强规培护士的思政教育。运用钉钉平台提升带教老师的教学质量及教学方式,从而促进带教水平的提升、带教思维的多元化转变。The maturity of network technology has promoted online education to gain the attention and importance of schools and various units.In foreign countries has formed a new network teaching situation.China has also carried out various kinds of online teaching and academic lectures.Now the colleges and universities respond to the call to carry out network teaching and other ways to study and train college students.The clinical nursing teaching in Stomatological Hospital of Chongqing Medical University has also shifted from the traditional teaching mode of teaching clinical knowledge and skills face-to-face to a variety of supplementary teaching modes such as webbased teaching,problem-based learning(PBL) and teambased learning(TBL) to provide clinical system learning for nurses in training,and to improve the clinical instruction level and competence of teaching teachers through webbased learning.This article uses the network platform to make up for the shortcomings of traditional teaching methods,changes the question-answering method,improves the learning enthusiasm and interactivity of nurses in training,improves the research and learning ability of nurses in training,and strengthens the ideological and political education of nurses in training.The nailing platform is used to improve the teaching quality and teaching methods of the teaching staff,thus promoting the improvement of the teaching level and the diversification of teaching thinking.
