摘　　要：转向拉杆球销总成是汽车转向系统与悬挂系统重要连接部件,其性能影响到驾驶的安全性和稳定性。然而,由于防尘罩的破损,泥水进入球销总成使球销及球销座磨损松旷,通过对转向拉杆球销防尘罩破损原因分析与结构改进,从而保证了驾驶的安全性和稳定性。The ball pin assembly of steering tie rod is an important connecting part of automobile steering system and suspension system,its performance affects the driving safety and stability.However,due to the damage of dust cover,mud entered the ball pin assembly,causing loose wear and tear on the ball pin and ball pin seat,By analyzing the damage situation of the steering rod ball pin dust cover and improving its structure,driving safety and stabilitywereensured.
