摘 要:以近20年间,国内10条刨花板生产线、11条纤维板生产线为研究对象,分别纵向对比了刨花板生产线、纤维板生产线的压缩空气用量及对应的空压机选型,根据生产规模不同,划定不同的空压机选型(用气总量)标准;并以选取的典型生产线进行横向对比,将生产线内各用气点按不同生产工艺(工段)划分,分析不同工段用气量。从压缩空气用气总量和分项用量两个层面,提供合理数值范围,有助于日后更加准确地确定空压机选型(用气总量)和各工段用气量(分项用气)。This study examined the compressed air consumption and selection of air compressors in wood-based panel production lines.A comprehensive analysis was conducted on 10 domestic particleboard production lines and 11 fiberboard production lines over a span of 20 years.Firstly,the volume of compressed air in both particleboard and fiberboard production lines was compared,and equipment selection criteria were established based on different production scales and air compressor types(total air consumption).Secondly,a representative production line was selected for horizontal comparison,and the air usage in different sections of the production process was analyzed.This analysis provided a reasonable range of values for total compressed air consumption and component-specific consumption,aiding in accurate air compressor type selection(total air consumption)and future assessment of section-specific air consumption(itemized air consumption).
