摘 要:以人文社会科学领域学术不端事件的涉事学者为研究对象,探讨其在事件披露前后5年的发文量和个人相对生产率(IRP)的变化,旨在量化研究学术不端事件对学者学术生涯的影响程度。通过各类网站查找2017年前披露的学术不端事件涉事学者,选取事件发生后仍在从事科研工作的学者的发文量进行研究,并对IRP进行分析。调查结果显示,学者在学术不端事件后5年的发文量约是前5年发文量的1/2~1/3,事件后5年的年均IRP约为事件前5年的1/5;事件年是影响产生的过渡期,事件年发文量和IRP均居于事件前后5年的中间值;所属机构对涉事学者的处罚和媒体的关注,均对学者的学术声誉和心理造成了不同程度的负面影响,且惩罚机制在事件后5年仍具有一定的惩戒作用。Taking scholars of academic misconduct in the humanities and social sciences as an example,we explore the changes in the number of their publication and individual relative productivity(IRP)in the 5 years before and after the incident,aiming to quantify and study the impact of academic misconduct on scholars′academic careers.Scholars involved in academic misconduct incidents disclosed before 2017 were found through various websites,and the number of publications of those scholars who were still engaged in research after the incidents were investigated,and analyzed the IRP.The results showed that:the number of publications issued in the 5 years after the academic misconduct incident is about 1/2~1/3 of the number of publications issued in the 5 years before the incident,and the annual average IRP in the 5 years after the incident is about 1/5 of the annual average IRP in the 5 years before the incident;the incident year is a transitional period affected by the uncovering of the academic misconduct incident,and the number of publications issued and IRP in the incident year are in the middle of the 5 years before and after the incident.Incidents of academic misconduct have a large negative impact on the academic career of scholars.The penalties imposed by affiliated institutions on the scholars involved and the media attention both have different degrees of negative impact on the scholars′academic reputation and psychology.The punishment mechanism for academic misconduct still has a disciplinary effect the 5 years after the punishment of scholars.
