企业动态能力、战略预见及环境不确定性的关联性结构

摘　　要：在以往的企业动态能力(DC)框架中,对如何处理与化解不确定性的方式尚不明确,因此限制了人们对动态能力中“动态”的理解。近年来有研究开始关注对动态能力微观因果起源的探索,力图描述动态能力微观基础中涉及的主要组成部分和机制。尽管这一研究问题的重要性被公认,但目前的研究仍有一定的局限性。将战略预见以及感知不确定性引入动态能力理论框架,是揭示动态能力“黑箱”的新的理论探索。通过引文追溯发现,动态能力、战略预见、感知不确定性之间存在关联结构性。研究表明,感知不确定性三维结构与动态能力的感知——获取——重置三个依次活动相对应;战略预见与感知不确定性三维结构相契合。状态不确定性、影响不确定性、响应不确定性是动态能力框架的问题情境,战略预见作为化解感知不确定性的实践方式,构成动态能力形成的微观基础。As the way to deal with and resolve the uncertainty is not defined in the previous dynamic capabilities(DC)framework,people's understanding of the"dynamics"is limited.In recent years,scholars have started exploring the micro-causal origin of the DC,trying to describe the main components and mechanisms involved in its micro-foundations.Although the importance of this research direction is recognized,the current studies have some limitations.Therefore,the introduction of strategic foresight and perceived uncertainty into the DC theoretical framework is a new exploration of the"black box"of the DC.The literature indicates that the DC,strategic foresight and perceived uncertainty have structural correlation.The three-dimensional structure of perceived uncertainty corresponds to the three successive DC dimensions-perception,acquisition and reset.In addition,the uncertainty of state,influence and response are the problem context of the DC framework,while strategic foresight,as a practical way to resolve perceived uncertainty,constitutes the micro-foundation of the DC.
