摘　　要：采用扎根理论的方法,通过实地调研及搜集冀西北地区村庄建设的相关资料,并结合国外村庄建设文献检索进行经验借鉴,对冀西北地区村庄建设达到一定效果的德胜新村的建设案例剖析,以此作为扎根理论的原始数据进行编码,形成属性、建设、搬迁、解决问题四个维度的冀西北地区村庄建设模式理论模型,构成了一个平衡体系,为推进社会资本参与冀西北地区村庄建设提供了方法论支撑。The article adopts the method of rooted theory,through the field investigation and collection of relevant information on the village construction in northwest Hebei,and the experience of foreign village construction literature retrieval,analyzes the construction case of Desheng New Village,which has achieved certain results in the village construction in northwest Hebei,and uses this as the original data of rooted theory to code,form attributes,construction,relocation The theoretical model of village construction model in northwest Hebei Province with four dimensions to solve the problem constitutes a balanced system,providing methodological support for promoting social capital participation in village construction in northwest Hebei Province.
