摘 要:分别建立了含刚性、弹性、非线性赫兹三种约束的两自由度受迫振动系统的力学模型,通过多目标、多参数协同仿真在(ω,δ)-双参数平面获得了含不同约束模型的周期运动的种类、存在区域及分岔特性,比较了不同约束下系统动力学特性的异同,发现其在低频率、小间隙参数条件下存在显著差异.重点分析了更加贴近实际碰撞过程的非线性赫兹约束下冲击振动系统的动力学特性,得到了低频域内基本周期冲击振动群的分布区域和转迁规律,发现了相邻基本周期冲击振动转迁过程中出现的两类转迁域(舌形域和迟滞域).进一步讨论了舌形域内亚谐冲击振动的模式类型及产生机理,分析了系统参数对周期运动在(ω,δ)-双参数平面上模式类型及存在区域的影响.The mechanical models of the two-degree-of-freedom forced vibration system with rigid,elastic and nonlinear Hertz constraint were established respectively.The types,existing regions and bifurcation characteristics of periodic motion with different constraint models were obtained on the(ω,δ)-two parameter plane by multi-objective and multi-parameter co-simulation,and the similarities and differences of system dynamic characteristics with different constraints were compared.It is found that there are significant differences under the conditions of low frequency and small clearance parameters.The dynamic characteristics of the impact vibration system with nonlinear Hertz constraints which is closer to the actual collision process were studied,and the distribution region and transition law of the fundamental periodic impact vibration group in the low frequency region were obtained,and two types of transition region in the transition process of adjacent fundamental periodic impact vibration were found:tongueshaped region and hysteresis region.Furthermore,the pattern type and generation mechanism of the sub-harmonic impact vibration in the tongue-shaped region were discussed,and the influence of the system parameters on the pattern type and the existence region of the periodic motion on the(ω,δ)-two parameter plane was analyzed.
