高校实验室安全管理中导师作用的发挥

摘　　要：高校实验室安全是校园安全稳定的基本要求,也是高层次人才培养的基础保障。导师作为实验室的负责人,在实验室安全管理工作中起着至关重要的作用。文章从导师如何做好实验室安全管理的角度出发,通过分析导师在实验室安全管理中的现状和问题,提出建立常态化安全教育培训制度、开展全面的项目安全风险评估、落实实验室日常安全规范化管理、推进实验室安全文化建设等充分发挥导师在实验室安全管理中作用的具体举措。Laboratory safety is the basic requirement for the stable of campus security and the guarantee for the high-level talent cultivation in universities.As a safety manager of the laboratory,tutors play a key role in the laboratory safety management.Through analyzing the current situation and problems of tutors in laboratory safety management,specif ic strategies are proposed to bring into full play the role of tutors in laboratory safety management,such as establishing normalized safety education and training system,conducting comprehensive project safety risk assessment,implementing standardized daily safety management in laboratories,and promoting the construction of laboratory safety culture.
