工匠精神融入高职机械制图教学的实践与研究

摘　　要：机械制图是机械类专业的一门专业基础课,具有很强的实践性、实用性和专业性。传统课程教学重视知识学习,忽视工匠精神培育,不利于高素质人才培养。结合学校教学改革,分析高职机械制图教学中教师忽视工匠精神培育主客观因素,从打造工匠型教学团队、重组教学内容、优化评价体系、创新教学模式、培育专业型校园文化等方面阐述课程教学中工匠精神融入的有效策略。Mechanical drawing is a basic course of mechanical specialty,which has strong practicability and professionalism.Traditional teaching attaches great importance to knowledge learning and neglects the cultivation of craftsman spirit,which is not conducive to the cultivation of high-quality talents.It analyzes the subjective and objective factors that teachers ignore in the cultivation of craftsman spirit in teaching of mechanical drawing and expounds the effective strategies for the integration of craftsman spirit in teaching from the building craftsman teaching team,reorganizing teaching content,optimizing evaluation system,innovating teaching model and cultivating professional campus culture with the teaching reform.
