摘　　要：构建全球卫生人才海外实践胜任力模型,有助于为提升我国全球卫生人才队伍建设和外派管理水平提供工具及参考。通过文献研究和问卷调查,运用因子分析法建立了包含8个胜任特征28项指标的全球卫生人才海外实践胜任力评价体系,并分别从胜任力冰山模型角度和海外实践类型角度对相应考察的胜任特征内涵进行解析,以期对全球卫生海外实践人才的选用、开发、考核等提供应用思路。The establishment of the competency model for global health talents in overseas practice is helpful to provide tools and references for improving the team construction of China s global health talent and expatriate management level.Through literature research and questionnaire survey,factor analysis is used to establish an evaluation system of overseas practice competency for global health talents,which includes 28 indicators of 8 competency characteristics.This paper analyzes the connotation of competency characteristics from the perspective of competency iceberg model and overseas practice types respectively,in order to provide application ideas for the selection,development and assessment of overseas practitioners of global health.
