摘  要:浅覆土超大泥水盾构施工控制难度大且要求高。以上海北横通道超大泥水盾构施工为背景,通过现场实测,分析了浅覆土超大泥水盾构施工引起的地表变形及深层土体水平位移的变形特征与变化规律,且对施工过程中多次停机引起的土体变形响应进行了总结。结果表明:深层土体水平位移具有明显的分层现象,表现为穿越期间隧道埋深范围内的土体受挤压而向远离隧道侧变形,而隧道埋深上方的土体向盾构方向变形。浅覆土超大泥水盾构引起的地表变形大小和规律与盾构切口位置、盾尾位置以及下埋结构的存在密切相关。盾构停机和再次推进对地表竖向变形影响显著,盾构重新推进引起的最大顶升位移可达4 mm。It is difficult and high-demanding to control the construction of super large slurry shield in shallow soil.Based on the field measurement during the construction of Shanghai Beiheng Passage,this paper investigates the deformation characteristics of ground settlement deformation and horizontal displacement of deep soil caused by the advancement of super-large slurry shield in shallow overlying soil.Besides,the response of ground settlement to the shield machine halt is investigated.The results show that the horizontal displacement of soil has obvious stratification phenomenon.During the tunnel crossing,the soil within the buried depth of the tunnel is compressed and deforms away from the tunnel side while the soil above the buried depth of the tunnel deforms toward the shield direction.The ground settlement caused by the super-large slurry shield in shallow overlying soil is closely related to the incision position of the shield,the shield tail location and the existence of the underlying structure.The vertical deformation of the ground surface is affected by the shutdown and re-advance of shield.The uplift phenomenon caused by the shield re-propulsion is obvious,and the maximum uplift can reach 4 mm.
