摘  要:农产品的质量安全受到大众的广泛关注,本实验以紫外-可见分光光度法检测大米中的敌稗残留为例,介绍了一个快速、简单、准确的分析化学综合设计性实验。敌稗的化学结构中含有共轭体系,对紫外和可见光有吸收作用,利用吸光度与浓度的线性关系,可实现敌稗的定性定量分析。本实验操作难度适中,实验对象贴近生活,实验内容丰富全面,需综合运用化学、数学、计算机等技术,具设计性和综合性的特点,易于推广。The quality and safety of agricultural products have been widely concerned by consumers.Taking the detection of propanil residue in rice by UV-vis spectroscopy as an example,a fast,simple and accurate comprehensive designing experiment of analytical chemistry was introduced.The molecular structure of propanil contained conjugated system,which could absorb ultraviolet and visible light,so the qualitative and quantitative analysis of propanil could be realized by using the linear relationship between absorbance and concentration.This experiment was moderately difficult to operate,the experimental objects were close to life,the experimental content was rich and comprehensive.Chemistry,mathematics,computer and other technologies were required.The experiment had the characteristics of design and comprehensiveness,and was easy to be popularized.
