摘 要:通过问卷调查,从内隐形象与外显形象两个层面共六个维度了解来华留学生心目中对“好的汉语教师”的看法与态度。调查结果显示:留学生对汉语教师内隐形象要求的认同度高于外显形象;留学生对汉语教师的教学能力有很高的期待;在跨文化交际能力方面留学生对汉语教师有较高的容忍度;在人格形象方面留学生存在较大的认同差异;在外显形象方面留学生更注重汉语教师对待学生的方式和态度;影响留学生对汉语教师形象认同感的重要变量为地域与汉语学习时长。This paper demonstrates the views and attitudes of international students studying in China on“good Chinese teachers”from two levels of implicit image and explicit image with total six dimensions,which is based on the questionnaire survey.The results of the survey show that international students'recognition of the implicit image requirements of Chinese teachers is higher than the explicit image;international students have high expectations for the teaching competence of Chinese teachers;international students have a high tolerance for Chinese teachers in terms of intercultural communicative competence;there are great differences in the recognition of Chinese teachers'personality image for international students;international students pay more attention to the approach and attitude of Chinese teachers towards students in terms of explicit image;the important variables which affect the image recognition of international students to Chinese teachers are the region and the length of Chinese learning.
