摘  要:泵喷推进器导管及定子表面的分布式脉动压力通过导管和定子传递激励艇体振动的过程中,在导管和定子结构模态处会产生动力放大效应。为对该动力放大效应进行控制,提出内嵌压电片的碳纤维-玻璃纤维复合材料导管及定子结构,通过引入串联电阻-电感(Resistance-Inductance,RL)分流电路、负电容压电分流电路对导管和定子结构模态处的振动响应进行控制,以有效降低通过导管和定子传递至艇体的传递力。建立复合材料导管及定子结构的动力学模型、结构-压电分流电路机电耦合动力学模型,获得结构的固有频率、位移频响、最优控制分流电路参数及控制效果。结果表明:导管及定子结构第一、第二、第六、第八阶模态是振动传递动力放大效应显著的主要模态;串联RL压电分流电路可对主要模态的动力放大进行有效抑制,相应模态的传递力幅值分别降低6.35 dB、1.7 dB、0.4 dB和2.68 dB;相比于串联RL压电分流电路,串联负电容压电分流电路在相应模态的振动控制效果分别增加2.93 dB、2.70 dB、0.70 dB、1.37 dB;并联负电容压电分流电路的振动控制效果分别增加2.90 dB、2.40 dB、0.60 dB、1.36 dB。The pulsating pressure distributed on the surface of the pump-jet thruster duct and stator is transmitted to excite the hull vibration.In this process,a power amplification effect of the structural modes will be produced.In order to control the amplification effect,the carbon-glass fiber composite duct and the stator structure with embedded piezoelectric patches connected to shunt circuits is proposed.The vibration responses at the duct and the stator structure modes are controlled using series RL,shunt circuits and negative capacitance piezoelectric shunt circuits to reduce the transfer force to the hull effectively.The electromechanical coupling models of the composite duct and the stator are established.The natural frequencies,displacement responses,optimal control circuit parameters and control effects of the structure are obtained.The results show that the 1st,2nd,6th and 8th order modes of the composite duct and stator structure are the main modes for the transmission force amplification to the hull.The series RL circuit can effectively suppress these modes,whose transmission force amplitudes are reduced by 6.35 dB,1.7 dB,0.4 dB and 2.68 dB,respectively.Compared with the series RL circuit,the vibration control effects of the series negative capacitor piezoelectric shunt circuit in the corresponding modes increase by 2.93 dB,2.70 dB,0.70 dB,and 1.37 dB,respectively;and the vibration control effects of the parallel negative capacitor circuit increase by 2.90 dB,2.40 dB,0.60 dB,and 1.36 dB,respectively.
