摘 要:现代舰船机电设备多采用大型浮筏隔振系统进行动力设备的隔振与冲击隔离。基于多刚体动力学理论,建立复杂空间多刚体系统动力学方程,可以用于浮筏系统方案设计阶段的摇摆、振动与抗冲击计算。首先建立各子系统的动力学方程,再通过各子系统的组装得到整个系统的动力学方程。系统的刚度和阻尼矩阵均可以通过方向余弦矩阵R、迁移变换矩阵T等矩阵之间的基本运算得到,无须矩阵求导和方程线性化。理论推导得到的质量、刚度矩阵和阻尼矩阵与有限元法生成的质量、刚度、阻尼矩阵完全一致,验证本方法建模的准确性。在此基础上,在MATLAB环境下用App Designer开发一款浮筏隔振系统静、动态分析软件,可对浮筏隔振系统的静力、摇摆、振动与抗冲击性能进行快速预报,结果与有限元法计算结果吻合良好。该软件有望解决浮筏隔振系统在初期设计阶段计算周期长且繁琐的难题。Large floating raft vibration isolation systems are usually adopted for vibration isolation and shock isolation of power equipment of modern ships.In this paper,the dynamic equation of the spatial multi-rigid body system is established for the calculation of sway,vibration and shock resistance in the design stage of the floating raft system.Firstly,the dynamics equations of each subsystem are established.And then,the dynamics equations of the whole system are obtained through the assembly of the equations of each subsystem.The stiffness and damping matrices of the system can be obtained through basic operations of the direction cosine matrix R and the migration transformation matrix T without the need of matrix derivation and equation linearization.The mass,stiffness and damping matrices obtained by theoretical derivation are completely consistent with the matrices generated by the finite element method,which verifies the accuracy of the modeling of this method.On this basis,static and dynamic analysis software of the floating raft vibration isolation system is developed with App Designer in MATLAB environment.The static,sway,vibration and shock resistance performances of the floating raft vibration isolation system can be quickly predicted using this software.The results are in good agreement with the results calculated by the finite element method.It is expected that this software may be used to solve the problem of long and tedious calculation period of floating raft vibration isolation systems in the initial design stage.
