摘　　要：将网络理性纳入大学生自我管理的内容,不仅对大学生自我发展至关重要,而且对我国网络文明建设具有重要价值。大学生可把易产生的网络非理性行为作为参照系,将匿名化下是否自我放逐、社群化下是否盲目从众、碎片化与算法推荐下是否以偏概全、去中心化下是否真假不辨等作为网络理性自我评价与监测的观测点。同时,大学生应通过调节认知方式、切换认知视角,把握判断节奏、控制判断流程、提升判断层次,调整表达状态、控制表达时机、掌握表达方式、选择理性表达平台,实现网络理性的自我调节与控制。Incorporating network rationality into university students'self-management content is not only crucial to their self-development,but also of great value to the construction of China's network civilization.University students can take the irrational behaviors that are prone to occur online as a reference system,and take a range of aspects as the observation points for self-evaluation and monitoring of online rationality,including the feeling of self-exile under anonymity,blind conformity under socialization,overgeneralization under fragmentation and algorithmic recommendation,incapability of distinguishing truth and false under decentralization.At the same time,the self-regulation and control of online rationality can be achieved by adjusting the cognitive mode,switching the cognitive perspective,grasping the rhythm of judgment,controlling the judgment process,improving the judgment level,adjusting the expression state,controlling the timing of expression,mastering the expression mode and choosing the forum for rational expression.
